How does the NFC plate work?
The plate has a small NFC chip inside it. A customer taps their phone to the plate, and it opens your Google review page instantly. No app, no typing, no searching. Every plate also has a QR code as a backup for phones that don’t support tap.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. Modern iPhones and Android phones both read NFC by default, no settings to change. The QR code on every plate covers the rare older device that doesn’t.
Do I need to download any app?
No. Not for you, and not for your customers. Tapping or scanning opens the review page directly in their phone’s browser.
What happens if my Google Business Profile link changes later?
Your plate points to a link we manage on our end, so if your profile ever moves, we update it remotely. You keep the same physical plate. No reinstall needed.
How long does the in-person installation take?
Usually 15 to 20 minutes from arrival to a tested, working tap. This includes mounting the plate, programming the chip, and testing it live before we leave.
Can I buy just the plate without installation?
Every package includes our in person install, because it’s how we guarantee your plate actually works before we leave. If you’re outside our current coverage area, reach out and we’ll see what we can work out.
What’s included in the photo and video packages?
The photo package includes a professional shoot with a Fujifilm XM5 and about 10 optimized images for your Google Business Profile. The video package adds a short vertical video you can set as the main video on your profile and Google Maps listing.
What does Google Business Profile management include?
Weekly or biweekly, we respond to your reviews, post fresh content, add new photos, and monitor how your profile is performing so it stays active instead of going stale between visits.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Sí. I speak Spanish and I’m happy to walk Spanish speaking business owners through setup, pricing, or anything else in Spanish.
What areas do you currently cover?
